Set Your Fucking Goals!

I got hold of the new record earlier this week and I’ve not been able to stop listening to it, it’s in my CD player, on my iPod and even on my desktop. I love it!

I’ve been a huge SYG fan ever since I picked up the Reset EP from a music shop in Brisbane, as soon as I heard the intro, I was instantly hooked! I’m sure that was in 05/06 and I’ve been a big fan ever since. I’ve also been fortunate to see them play live many times in various venues big and small up and down the country, they never disappoint. Fingers crossed they’ll be touring the UK with the new record.

Jury Service, one week in, boring as fuck! still... better than work. hopefully it'll pick-up abit next week.

My band were lucky enough to open up for Have Heart / Shipwreck / Rise & Fall on Wednesday night at Moho in Manchester, thanks to all the people who came down early to see us play, we really appreciate the support. It was really cool to see afew old faces. We sold lots of shirts and CDs, so we’ll have some more cash to invest in new shirts for our week-long UK tour in August with Wait In Vain. I’ve developed some harsh chesty cough since the show on Wednesday, I feel fucking terrible, plus my rank medicine tastes like a jagermeister smoothie, ew, it’s grim!

Thanks to all the people who came down early to the have heart show on Wednesday, we had an splendid time at the show, sold a lot of CDs and lots of Merch, so thanks to all the people who handed us there hard earned cash, we really appreciate it.

We’ll have a new design sorted for our upcoming tour in August.

We wanted to play the Wait In Vain / Outrage show at The Underworld, London on 27th Aug we’ve had a lot of emails/myspace messages from people asking us if we’re playing this show, we are not playing because the promoter refuses to put us on the show even after receiving messages from the touring bands and their tour manager, he can’t find 15/20mins for us on this line-up, so it’s out of our hands unfortunately, apologies to all the people who were looking forward to seeing us play. We have the van rented out for that date, so chances are that we’ll be at the show to support the other bands. We have no idea who is supporting on this show as we’ve not seen it promoted.
