It feels like summer today!

What the hell is that strange unfamiliar orange orb is the sky? Oh yeah, it’s the sun! :D total clear skies in Manchester? What the hell!? Days like today get me stoked about the summer, I can’t wait until I’m chilling on the park in the glorious sunshine with my friends, drinking cherry cokes, playing footie and making trips to the shop for Mr-Freeze ice-pops. The clocks go forward on the 21st, so that means it’ll be lighter later, finishing work at 4pm in the summer, oooooo, I can’t wait! Last summer sucked, it just rained for like 6 weeks straight, it was the same the year before that too. I can only actually remember like 3/4days when it was really hot. Lame! This summer will quite possibly be the best ever! Loads of hangouts, road-trips, BBQs, plus my band are going on tour for a week in August.

I got tattooed on Sat, I’ve started the framework on my half-sleeve, it’s looking so cool! I’ve got a few more sessions on it, I’m booked in for May, I need to get it all finished. Getting tattooed near your armpit = not fun.

Friday night was awesome! A crew of us ended up in the Gay Village before heading over to Satans for a night of dancing and other tomfoolery. It was the best night out that I’ve had in a good while! Jilly’s was fun too, we got to play all of our fav punk classics (we played like 5/6 NOFX songs) This Saturday will be my last night DJ’in’ for a good while, the company that Nate works for are closing down (damn you credit crunch!), so he will be taking over full-time cos he needs the cash. Hopefully he’ll find a new-job soon, then I can get back behind the decks, but until then, I’ll be on the dance floor enjoying Nate’s awesome Saturday night punk-rock sessions.

I’m currently enjoying sniping 99p DVD’s off eBay, it’s such a cheap and easy way of building your DVD collection without even leaving your house.

Listen to Polar Bear Club!
